Automated Booking System Filled Studio Calendar 6 Weeks Out

A music producer/engineer spent 10 hours weekly coordinating session bookings via text and email. We built an online studio booking system with real-time availability, equipment add-ons, and automated prep emails. The studio is now booked 6 weeks out, and coordination time dropped to 30 minutes weekly.

The Solution

DAMIEUS built an online studio booking system with real time availability and equipment add ons. Automated preparation emails tell clients what to bring before each session. Coordination time dropped to about 30 minutes a week. The studio calendar is now booked six weeks ahead.
